Our Mission:

Speaking the Word that brings life

We believe God's word brings life! Resurrection life. God uses His Word, particularly the "word of truth, the gospel" (Colossians 1) to give the gift of eternal life through faith in Jesus. We are a community of sinful people who have put their trust in Christ. Our mission is to hear God's Word, to share that Word with others so they might also find life, and to reach out to a hurting world to show the life available in Christ.

OUR STORY

Resurrection began to meet in a home for Sunday evening Bible studies in October 2007. From May 2008 to March 2020 we worshipped at Summit United Methodist Church on Canyon Road. We are currently renting Station House 726 in downtown Puyallup and we are in the process of a building program to build a permenant location on South Hill.

We are a congregation of about 150 souls, made up of people from all walks of life. We are single, married, widowed, and divorced; young couples just starting out and empty nesters; teachers, medical professionals, stay-at-home moms, students, and skilled workers in a variety of industries.

We would love for "our story" and "your story" to cross paths and maybe become part of the same story that God is writing. Feel free to let us know if you have questions about our church's history.
