God has gifted every person in the congregation to serve others with gifts, talents, and resources. A key passage is Ephesians 4:11-16 which describes the "equipping" of the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, and speaks of "each part working properly." Every person has an indispensable role to play. We are called to serve one another, because Christ has served us and set us free that we might walk in love.

Here are some ways you can serve: 

• Music ministry
  
• Teaching Sunday School
• Sunday setup/take-down, communion prep, helping to collect the offerings
• Men's/Women's ministry
• Community group (hosting or leading)
• Mentoring/counseling
• Mercy ministry to our community
• Be a "connection coordinator" or part of a "connection team" (i.e. connect newcomers to life and make sure Sunday morning is warm and welcoming for visitors)
• Minister to teens
• Evangelize
• Minister to military families
